Conversational AI in Finland — assistants that answer from your own content

We build enterprise AI chatbots and virtual assistants that answer from your documentation instead of improvising: retrieval over your own material, citations your team can verify, multilingual replies, and a clean handover to a human when the question needs one.

  • Answers grounded in your own documents, with sources
  • Finnish and English out of the box
  • Website widget, or embedded in your own product
  • Human handover with full conversation context
  • EU-hosted, under a data processing agreement

Where conversational AI earns its place

We build assistants for specific jobs rather than one bot that tries to do everything. Narrow scope is what keeps answer quality high.

Customer service AI

First-line questions are answered instantly from your documentation around the clock, and the rest reach an agent with a drafted answer and cited sources.

Website assistant and lead qualification

Visitors get real answers about your services, and interested ones are qualified with a few questions before the contact details reach your sales inbox.

Internal virtual assistant

Staff ask about processes, policies and past projects in natural language instead of searching four drives and interrupting a colleague.

Multilingual support

The same knowledge base serves Finnish and English customers — and other languages where you have material to ground the answers in.

Document Q&A

Long contracts, manuals and reports become searchable in plain language, with the answer pointing back to the exact section.

Business system integrations

The assistant reads order status or ticket history through your APIs, so it can answer account-specific questions rather than only generic ones.

Why a generic chatbot disappoints and a grounded one does not

A model on its own is a confident generalist. Point it at a customer and it will answer questions about your pricing, delivery times and terms — plausibly, and sometimes wrongly. That is not a tuning problem; the model simply does not know your business.

The fix is retrieval. We index your real material — product documentation, price lists, guides, past support answers — and the assistant is only allowed to answer from what it retrieves, quoting the source. When the material does not cover the question, it says so and hands the conversation to a person with everything already summarised. That single constraint is what makes the difference between a demo and something you dare put on a customer-facing page.

Around that we build the unglamorous parts: how the knowledge base gets updated, how conversations are logged and reviewed, which topics are escalated immediately, and how the assistant behaves in Finnish versus English. Those decisions decide whether the assistant is still in use six months later.

Process

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Scope and content review

We agree which questions the assistant must handle and check whether your existing material can actually answer them.

  2. 02

    Knowledge base build

Documents are ingested, chunked and indexed, and we set the rules for what the assistant may and may not answer.

  3. 03

    Pilot with real questions

We test against your actual support history, measure answer quality and tune retrieval and tone before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch and iterate

Deployment as a widget or in-product, with conversation review, gap reports and knowledge-base updates on a schedule.

Frequently asked questions

RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. Before answering, the assistant searches your own indexed material and is instructed to answer only from what it finds, quoting the source. That keeps answers tied to your documentation instead of the model's general knowledge.
