Models we use

Kooshk Tech uses commercial LLMs through the Lovable AI Gateway for chat completions and embeddings. We do not train shared models on your private content.

Customer content

Content you upload (PDFs, URLs, chat conversations) is used only to power your own assistants and to operate the service.

Disclosure

End users interacting with a chatbot see clear AI labelling. We never represent AI output as a human agent.

Human oversight

You can review conversations and disable the assistant at any time from the dashboard.

Limits

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional medical, legal, or financial advice without human review.

Deletion

You can delete a knowledge base, conversation, or workspace at any time. Backups expire within 30 days.
